Property Maintenance Assistance

We help elderly, disabled, and overwhelmed homeowners maintain their properties — restoring dignity, preventing code violations, and creating safer communities.

Our services include lawn care, minor exterior repairs, and debris removal — always delivered with care and respect.

Lawn Maintenance

Mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup to help keep yards healthy and attractive.

Debris & Trash Removal

Removal of unwanted items, yard waste, and clutter to restore safety and curb appeal.

Minor Exterior Repairs

We handle minor exterior repairs to address or prevent blight.  Think painting or fence repair, as examples.

❤️ Who It’s For

Our Property Maintenance Assistance program is designed to support homeowners who:

  • Are elderly or living with a disability

  • Have no reliable help and cannot safely complete basic outdoor tasks themselves

  • Are experiencing significant barriers to maintaining their property — such as mobility limitations or chronic health conditions

This program is not intended for individuals who are physically capable but prefer not to handle outdoor maintenance.
Because our resources are limited, we must prioritize those with the greatest need.

We believe every person deserves a safe, dignified home — and we focus on helping those who truly cannot do it on their own.

Eligibility

You may qualify for assistance if you:
  • Are a homeowner in our service area
  • Meet income guidelines based on federal poverty levels
  • Have no able-bodied household members available to do the work
  • Have a property in need of basic outdoor maintenance
Cost is based on income:
  • Free for those below 150% of the poverty line
  • Sliding scale up to full cost over 300%
